The Boathouse
Release muscle tension and feel stress melt away. This customized massage combines a variety of techniques from Basic Swedish to Deep Tissue. The benefits you will feel are both immediate and long term. This is the perfect antidote for rebalancing and renewing your body’s sense of well-being.
Ultimate Performance
For those who prefer a deeper massage with more direct pressure, this technique utilizes trigger point therapy combined with long, firm strokes to work superficial and deep muscles. This is recommended for those with chronic muscle pain and includes hand-crafted warm oil poultices of ginger, eucalyptus and arnica to soothe muscles. This is an excellent antidote for recovery following a workout.
Traditional Sports
A treatment designed to enhance athletic performance and recovery by calming the nervous system and flushing toxins from the body and muscles. This treatment allows the athlete to train much sooner than rest would allow.
Treasure of the Sea
You will feel rejuvenated as if emerging from a dip in the ocean. Precious marine extracts filled with minerals, proteins and vitamins envelop your skin while specific lymphatic massage techniques eliminate toxins and re-energize the body.
Mother of Pearl
Designed to soothe the expectant mother, this massage relieves some of the physical stresses that are experienced during pregnancy. Our specially trained therapists deliver rest and relaxation with every stroke. It is designed to improve circulation, reduce swelling in the feet and hands and release tension in the lower back, neck and shoulders. Performed only after the first trimester.
Hot Lava Shell Massage
Self-heating shells are combined with classic Swedish massage techniques to create a warming, aromatic and therapeutic full body treatment. With the shells’ unique edging, your therapist will be able to trigger pressure points and unwind deep knots - relieving all that ails. This amazing treatment calms the mind and body, whisking you away to a tropical oasis.
Beach Break
Focused on providing relaxation and rejuvenation in a limited amount of time, this massage addresses the neck, back and shoulders – areas that usually need the most attention. You’ll be back on the beach in no time.

Experience serenity and the textures and aromas of the Vineyard. We begin with a dry brush massage followed by freshly made warm herbal poultices filled with chamomile, mint, rose and citrus, combined with vitamin-rich vegetal oils that are therapeutically massaged into the muscles. We continue with a deep rhythmic massage to the face, head, neck and scalp with our signature Aromatic Massage Balm.
Cranberry Bliss
Relish a true Cape Cod escape. This tasty treatment truly delivers a healthy glow. Allow the antioxidant-rich Cranberry Sugar Rub to gently exfoliate and warm your skin. Then relax as sweet smelling oils are massaged into the skin, locking moisture and delivering a healthy dose of Vitamin C. This luxurious treatment can be performed before or after a full body massage.
Ocean Radiance
Silky skin is just a treatment away with our Sea Sugar Scrub. The invigorating particles of sea salts, rich in magnesium and potassium, are combined with essential oils to whisk away dead skin. Followed by a rich body cream to polish your skin to perfection and leave your skin feeling smooth, silky and tingling with renewed life. This luxurious treatment can be performed before or after a full body massage.
Sea Holistic
We start with natural seaweed oil and salt crystals to gently polish the skin. Afterwards, fragrant linen bundles filled with lavender, eucalyptus, lemon grass and marine salt crystals deliver deep warmth and healing throughout the massage. Thai massage techniques are used to focus on well-being and relaxation and combined with trigger points and stretching, unwind areas of tension and restore balance to the entire body.

This treatment is the perfect solution to re-balance dry, oily, combination or sensitive skin. We begin with a personalized analysis by a skin care specialist. A concentrated marine mask is selected especially for your skin type and targets its action on improving the moisture balance within the skin.
