Reservation Policy

All reservations must be made through Membership Services by calling 508-627-3535 between the hours of 8AM and 6PM.
Members can make two advanced reservations per family for any date over the summer and will be taken on a “first come, first served” basis.
In addition to the two advanced reservations, Members can reserve boats on a “first come first served basis” within 14 days of their trip/outing.
Members can change reservations without a fee up to 48 hours prior to the outing.
Members will be assessed a 50% fee of the charter cost for cancellations made within 48 hours of the outing.
In case of inclement weather the Director of Boating will be solely responsible for determining if boats will leave the dock. Should the Director of Boating determine it is unsafe to charter Boathouse vessels Members can reschedule based on availability.
Lunches/Snacks and beverage requests can be made at The Membership Services Department not less than 24 hours prior to departure date.
No refunds or pro-ration of charter fees if boats are returned prior to their assigned docking time.
